Initiating a Return:
Send an Email: To start a return, you can contact us at support@juanmoranllc.com along with following information:
- Order number
- Email address used for purchase
- Receipt or proof of purchase
Pack the Item Securely: - Ensure the item is securely packed and in new condition with tags and original packaging.
Ship the Item Back: - Ship the item back to the provided address within 30 days from the delivery date.
Inspection and Processing: - Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund or replacement within 7 Business days ( Monday – Friday ).
Order Modification or Cancellation
After your order has been placed, you have 48 hours to contact our customer support team and request order modifications, change of address, or a cancellation. After 48 hours, your order has already been placed into fulfillment and can no longer be modified.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. No fees for damaged or faulty items.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Refunds for cancelled orders will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 Business days ( Monday – Friday ). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
